Responsibilities and Duties:

• Hold daily, planning, grooming, and other meetings defined in agile methodology
• Responsible for force bugs reported by the product team
• Interact with the product team and transfer product tasks to the development team
• Provide mentorship for all software engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities
• Manage, support, and evaluate engineers’ performance (review codes and test) 
• Design new products, modify existing designs, and develop test procedures
• Develop features and improvements in a secure, well-tested, and performant way

Qualifications and Skills:

• Professional knowledge of javascript, Node.js (Express.js), and typescript (Nest.js)
• Good experience with secure REST APIs implementation
• knowledge of SQL and NoSQL systems (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch)
• Knowledge of ELK stack, Redis, Docker, and RabbitMQ
• Good technical documentation skills
• Experience with git and CI/CD
• Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent problems
• Experience working with a remote team
• Proficient debugging skills
